A Peaceful Morning at the Waterfall
(if you don't count the spider webs)
I began my day bright and early at 4 am, ensuring that I was the first person on the trail to the stunning Waterfall. However, in my eagerness, I overlooked the fact that being an early bird also meant encountering all the untouched spider webs strung across the path. Despite not being able to see them, I inadvertently walked through at least 40 spider webs, feeling a tinge of regret for disrupting the intricate creations of these arachnids.
Upon reaching the waterfall, I quickly set up my tripod and camera trigger, immersing myself in the serene beauty of the cascading waters. For the next hour, I relished the solitude and tranquility of the moment, appreciating the opportunity to have the falls all to myself amidst the harmonious sounds of nature.
I traveled to Greeter Falls next which was equally as gorgeous, there a quite a few stairs to get down to this waterfall but it is definitely worth it! The water is deep enough to swim so you can bring a suit and spend a lovely day in the water. I did end up falling on a rock while moving my camera and tripod for a different angle. Luckily my equipment never touched the ground and I walked away with just a bruise on my shoulder the experience served as a gentle reminder to be cautious and mindful of my surroundings while exploring such enchanting locations.
